High Tech & Low Tech Providers 

Records & Review quickly responds to requests of records that includes electronic media and a variety of other formats.  We can nearly always make the necessary copies of this media in-house. However, this data is not always in high tech format.
This may include requirements to copy audio and video media if received in that format.  We even have equipment to copy dictation media in the antiquated tape format.  We do it all.

Email has often become the communication medium of choice.  We will use this frequently when an individual is not readily available by phone.  We also receive more and more of our requests as email attachments.   

Although not currently part of our website, we hope to soon have client access to the status of their cases.  In the meantime, give us a call and we will provide quick update information.  Sometimes it is good to have a regular phone conversation ... rather than the impersonal relationship with a keyboard.  We have always provided voluntary update via your choice of media.
